Just stop working. After opening this app, it crashes right away, less than one second. Uninstall, reinstall, and clear its data, and cache doesn't help at all. It stays open after that little bit longer, about one second. Sometimes, my phone is giving me an error message. Stop working, close it. My phone is Galaxy z fold 6.

App is still broken as of 09/01/2023. The moment you open the app it takes you to a web browser to verify your account. Once you verify it's you and log in, it closes the browser and takes you back to the app. Then you're stuck on a grey screen indefinitely. You must use a desktop/web browser version of the site as the app is completely unusable. Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled on three separate occasions and it still does not work.

At initial install and set up, it didn't seem to work & register my account. After closing and reopening it works very well! Edit: the account balance is incorrect (not even close) so I cannot use the app to make a payment. Also, it would be great if you could change your mailing address in the app. Paper bills don't give you enough room to change the address as well.
