This app doesn't work well, and it's infuriating. It does not recognize my email. It won't allow me to sign in. I thought that maybe I was mistaken about the email that I used, but I went into my email and saw all my octapharma emails within the email that I listed. I stupidly uninstalled the old app and cannot access it any further for obvious reasons. This needs to be fixed. I'm not only concerned about being able to recognize my spending, but my points that I have accumulated as well.

does help in some situation other times it doesn't work well with a particular phone or browser, and some instance I'm finding out to shut my phone off turn it back on to reconnect with it, other time instead of just going straight to where I need to go I have to go to being redirected to open up the app before I could start anything

I've been donating to this location on Miami Gardens for over 8 months and now I refuse to continue the staff has changed and the wait time has gotten ridiculous I know the staff members that was there was let go for what ever reason but when this happened they didn't (don't) have any replacements to continue with worker flow they had many others come in temporarily to help and that was just that it's a shame how inconvenient it's gotten. Another thing well I visited another location
