From my experience your info from the app or kiosk isn't private. especially if you connect to their wifi from your personal #it isn't a secure wifi connection. you would think that it would be considering it's a major plasma donor across several state's in the USA! Why not secure your connection to their wifi if you are making them several hundred dollars for each $60. that they are giving you!?!? Anyone, can hack into your phone and draw a couple of dollars to a few cents from your card!!!

Seems the app wont update your results for a sample. going on 9 days ahd it still says they are processing it. But calling my center gave me the answer that i needed to do another sample. If i didn't call i would still be sitting around waiting fir the results. plus wasting my time. They need to fix this. The older app worked a whole lot better then this stupid on. and yes I know i can call the call center but they are just as useless as this app with finding information. they can never find me.

does help in some situation other times it doesn't work well with a particular phone or browser, and some instance I'm finding out to shut my phone off turn it back on to reconnect with it, other time instead of just going straight to where I need to go I have to go to being redirected to open up the app before I could start anything
