Authorized field technicians can open office-dispatched work orders, review site and device details, record backflow test readings, document repairs or did-not-test outcomes, capture photo evidence, and complete work from an Android device.
Built for real field conditions, acquired work remains available offline. The app keeps outbound progress, photos, and completed packages in a durable Sending view and transmits them securely when connectivity is available.
