Not all transactions that are pending, are visible in the app. More than once, even though I check the app daily and balance my accounts, I have had issues. When I call the bank they tell me a Transaction was pending, but I could never see it on my end, and it was returned when I could have just transferred money. otherwise it works well enough for my needs.

the app works good but sometimes we need real live support no customer service on the weekends and after hours that is a bad experience

The app selects which transactions it will deduct from available balance when they are pending. Pending transactions do not remain visible. They will disappear. When they reappear and you realize you nees to transfer money to cover it, they decline paying the transaction and charge a return check fee.
