Ratings and reviews

This app takes FOREVER to load each tab if it ever does load. Whether on wifi or data with full bars, it makes no difference. If I try uploading an incompatible photo, it boots me to the main menu and tells me I "don't have access" to my own business without telling me that my photo was the reason. It forces you to sign in again every time. The orientation matters, but they don't tell you that. The button for importing Google reviews does not work, it just reopens the app.

We started with Home Advisor in 2018. At the time, it was helpful as our business was new. Once it changed to Angi it was awful. The leads were vague or not even our scope! And the cost wasn't shown until I accepted the lead. We became very choosy and passed on a lot because they werent worth it. I only look at opportunities that show the price and gives details about the job. Now our business isn't showing in the app. Angie overcomplicated the interface. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I've been on here since 2022 and at first it was ok. Sometimes the leads are way too overpriced for the work you can actually charge for so you only break even if you're lucky. This having to call Angi for every little thing you want to change is an inconvenience to say the least. I do agree with most of the reviews about bogus leads. You get a lead and call for a week but no one ever answers or you get "I was only messing around I'm not interested right now". I still pay $20-$30 for that lead..
