I bought a vouncher from them, and I was not able to use it because of the technical issue that they have in their app. I raised several tickets and called them several times, and they closed the tickets without solving ( I have all the screenshots). I am about to lose more than 100 AED for unused service. I don't advise anyone to buy any vounchers from them.

my cleaning was cancelled the morning of, that I made 10 days in advance. I was told to book another time. I did. that was also cancelled. the app is not working well. they could have told me in advance so I could have made arrangements.

I got robbed from the maid I booked from this app !! Her name was Sangita Karki , I had my money in a safe place and despite that she had the nerves to dig into my drawers and took all the money she found (big amount unfortunately). I know 100% that complaining will reach a dead end from all the bad reviews I see here about their customer service. I also saw other reviews for people who also got robbed using this unsafe platform. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS APP!!
