I bought a vouncher from them, and I was not able to use it because of the technical issue that they have in their app. I raised several tickets and called them several times, and they closed the tickets without solving ( I have all the screenshots). I am about to lose more than 100 AED for unused service. I don't advise anyone to buy any vounchers from them.

they layers after early booking 2 days before they cancelled❌ my time late after the time passed they are playing with clintes and customer service are so bad don't ever charge or ask from any service here layers

my cleaning was cancelled the morning of, that I made 10 days in advance. I was told to book another time. I did. that was also cancelled. the app is not working well. they could have told me in advance so I could have made arrangements.
