Ratings and reviews

Canceled 4 times at the last minute! ​Avoid this service at all costs. I have attempted to book with them four separate times, and every single time they have canceled my appointment less than an hour before it was scheduled to begin. They provide no valid reason and show zero respect for the customer's time. I’ve wasted hours planning my day around these bookings only to be ghosted repeatedly. Do not waste your energy,find a professional service that actually shows up.

Very poor service. This is the third time the company sent a different cleaner than the one I booked. If a cleaner is not available, they should not be shown as bookable on the app — this is misleading. The cleaner also used one single brush for the toilet, floor, and sink, which is completely unhygienic and spreads germs instead of cleaning. There is no proper customer support, making it impossible to raise complaints. I do not recommend this service.

I bought a vouncher from them, and I was not able to use it because of the technical issue that they have in their app. I raised several tickets and called them several times, and they closed the tickets without solving ( I have all the screenshots). I am about to lose more than 100 AED for unused service. I don't advise anyone to buy any vounchers from them.
