If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Every other time I try to open it (even if it's left open in the background) it kicks me off & tells me to "log in" but when I try to log in it gives me an error. The people who run the app have done absolutely nothing to fix it.

Great concept, but uploading images causes it to freeze/crash/get stuck and have to shut down, re sign in, upload 1 photo, all for it to do the same thing over again. If you fix the bugs and make the upload process better, it would be a great tool.

Very unreliable since the update. Often takes a long time to load or crashes instead of loading, crashes often upon opening or switching to maps. I wish there was an option to download the previous version.

What's new

- Added ServiceMonster Pay forms for processing a credit card or a direct debit payment.
- Added Company ID to the header of the settings screen
- Changed the “Cvc” label on the Process Credit Card screen to read “CVV”
- Fixed a crash occurring when a text was sent using a template
- Corrected typos in the GPS permission request popup upon checking in to a job
