I guess the app looks OK, but you shouldn't force people to use it when they try to access knowledge on browser. Page loads just fine to show article and then jumps to "you're using mobile so the page doesn't work" page. Also knowledge isn't opened automatically on the app when you access the site. Knowledge applet seems broken as it just fails to load the applet. I was forced to download the app to see articles and since the knowledge applet didn't work this didn't provide any value for me.

Can't get it to work. Keeps saying signing in then taking me to a page that says "looks like you're on a mobile device... Now support is not available on a mobile device" then it redirects me to the app store and round and round I went. Tried resetting it a few times then gave up and found a laptop. It's clearly running within your default browser (in my case Chrome) and getting itself confused.

Encountered issue where it continually went to a download app screen and could not get it, but it seems to have been resolved and works now. Seems to be the only way to access Now Support on mobile without doing a remote work around.
