PocketLedger is a simple, private way to keep track of your daily sales, purchases, and business notes — without an internet connection, without an account, and without anyone but you ever seeing your numbers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Overview — See today's total sales, total expenses, and net profit at a glance, plus a quick 7-day history so you always know where you stand.
Sales — Log every sale as it happens: item or service, amount, payment type (cash, transfer, card), and an optional note. Browse any previous day with a simple date picker and see that day's running total.
Receipts — Record purchases and expenses with the item, amount, vendor, and category (stock, equipment, personal, or other). Add a warranty or expiry date to anything you buy, and PocketLedger flags items expiring within 30 days so nothing catches you off guard.
Notes — Jot down anything that doesn't fit a form — money owed to you, reminders, restock lists, or general notes. Tag each note and pin the important ones to the top.
Multi-Currency Support — Choose your currency from a list of major world currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR, INR, CNY, JPY, PKR, ZAR, and more, right from Settings.
