Terrible after recent Android update, app is unusable. Once customers profile is opened I cannot navigate with maps, see history or do anything on the physical screen of my phone. I've tried multiple things to remedy the issue but all have been unsuccessful. It's extremely frustrating considering app drains my battery extremely fast running in the background. I would love a product that just worked as it should for once. But hey, at least my company pays a premium price to "use" this product.

you all asked for a survey. i can barely navigate this app after recent updates. screens refresh when im typing paragraphs, completely deleting what was typed. Once you hit navigate it does odd things with google maps where it sends me upwards of 1/2 mile from where i need to be, i then have to type in my destination manually. The screen regularly becomes unresponsive on both android and apple products. Good luck with the sync if you were working somewhere with no service typing notes.

Don't update!! Just updated the app this morning, now it freezes after pushing just a button or two. Can't do anything at all. I force close it and restart the app, but the same thing happens immediately. I deleted and reinstalled it, same thing. Can't use it at all until this is fixed. It worked really well until this update.
