The methodology used in SETAR stems from practical experience in competitive calisthenics and is geared towards developing strength, endurance, and specific skills through a structured progression.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You complete an initial onboarding process where you indicate:
• Your main goal
• Your current level
• The number of days you want to train
• Your one-repetition maximum (1RM) in basic exercises
• Your one-repetition maximum (1RM) with added weight
With this information, SETAR generates a complete, personalized training cycle.
PLANNING THAT EVOLVES
Each cycle adjusts based on your performance.
The plan is not predefined and is not the same for all users. Each new cycle is built using the onboarding data, your recorded one-repetition maximums, and your cumulative performance during training.
At the end of your workouts, you record how you performed in each exercise or set, depending on the plan you've chosen.
SETAR analyzes:
• Repetitions performed
• Weight used
• Perceived difficulty level
• Workout completion
• Weekly consistency
With this data, the next cycle is automatically adapted to maintain proper progression.

STANDARD PLAN

You record your overall sensations at the end of each exercise:

SETAR uses this information to adjust the next plan.
ATHLETE PLAN
Designed for advanced users.
Allows you to record:
• Repetitions performed
• Weight used
• Performance per set
• Detailed sensations
Generating much more precise adjustments in each new cycle.
GUIDED TRAINING
During the session, you have access to:
• Workout timer
• Automatic rest periods between sets
• Quick recording of reps and weight
• Progress tracking
• Organization by workout blocks
• Supersets, circuits, and special formats
All within the same app to avoid distractions.

Athlete Plan: $29.90 USD per month or $76.24 USD every 3 months.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
