The convenience is great. But ever since the implementation of BUDI95, payment has been confusing as hell. I only allocate a certain amount for refuelling every month. But over the last two months, I've not been able to refuel to a full tank no matter what. The app always informs me that the amount in my account is never enough, but upon completion, the amount deducted from the account is way less than was initially informed.

I would like to report an issue regarding the top-up function in the Setel app. After I approve the transaction in my banking app, the Setel top-up interface frequently disconnects. Once disconnected, the top-up process is significantly delayed and takes a long time to be reflected in the app. This creates uncertainty about whether the transaction was successful and causes inconvenience. Please investigate this issue and improve the stability of the top-up interface.

1st time renew motor insurance and roadtax via the apps, bad experience, payment have been done, but no policy and no road tax. Even after download the etiqa apps no policy exist and my roadtax renewal failed but the payment already done via Setel. Setel got the money but I didn't get nothing. Still waiting for their team to follow up and update me.
