good for convenience, IF it works correctly. Quite a few times when you top up your balance successful as per mesages from the bank to fill up the tank, Setel would still prompts to you top up the same amount the bank had already confirmed successful. You end up topping up the same amount twice. Sent email as requested on 28 Jan, with screen shots hopefully Setel finds helpful in their investigation.

I would like to report an issue regarding the top-up function in the Setel app. After I approve the transaction in my banking app, the Setel top-up interface frequently disconnects. Once disconnected, the top-up process is significantly delayed and takes a long time to be reflected in the app. This creates uncertainty about whether the transaction was successful and causes inconvenience. Please investigate this issue and improve the stability of the top-up interface.

Setel is really convenient, especially if you pump at PETRONAS. You can pay straight from your phone without lining up, which saves time. The app is simple and easy to use, and the rewards are a nice bonus. Sometimes it can lag a bit, but overall it works well and makes refueling hassle-free.
