Update 3: So, I hit a snag – got banned by the system recently and they lifted the restriction after technical team resolved the problem. Asked CS about it, but they couldn't say why due to some internal issues. Not sure what's going on, but as long as I can get my account back, I'm good. Just gotta chill for 1-2 weeks until the tech team sorts it out. But, gotta admit, this app is top-notch compared to the others. Big shoutout to Petronas for making it happen.

Been using this app for almost a year without issue . However recently, there seems to be unauthorised refund and reverse refund sale being debited and credited back and forth from my account after I top up .The app was supposed to make life easier. Not to make people more anxious about losing money! Please update your finance dept to do proper checking and also your app security! How can the team, credit and debit transactions as you wish from user's account! Definitely uninstalling the app!

you don't have to fill to exact round number, the points are awarded by considering the decimals too. The bank verification process is quite extended here compared to other app, like omg, so awkward the queue is waiting. parking also can, Your ewallet style petrol refill is really a feat, unsurpassable by other petrol reward apps. I changed my mind about this app.
