App won't let me log in. The app indicates to enter the last four digits of the phone number they are calling me from to complete login credentials after entering my login information. However, the phone number that is calling is an "unknown" number with the phone number itself hidden, so I cannot receive the last four digits of the phone number from which they are calling me. And the app no longer works as a result. Answer to your response: I contacted you on 5/16/22 prior to leaving this revie

Hi! We've looked into the issue you had. The support service specialist provided you with the correct answer saying that the information was directed to the calling service to unlock the phone number calling you since your mobile provider blocks it. According to logs, you successfully logged in with your phone number that day.

Don't forget to use it at checkout! Depending on the way the shop calculates the bonuses you might get a big difference! The app itself works fast and is pretty easy to understand.

I used to like this app for saving loyalty points until I changed my mobile number. When I opened My Profile in the app, all I could edit was name and... gender. Seriously?! I can't even update phone number or email over there. Really weird stuff!

You can not change your phone number, email or date of birth manually because we care about your personal data. For safety reasons we change our customers' data only upon request. Could you please contact us at support@uds.app and we would help you with your situation.
