About this app

Setout Pro keeps the journey from site survey to accepted work in one job record.

SURVEY THE ROOM
Draw walls and confirm the real tape or laser length, or import an existing image, PDF or room-measurement CSV. Name several rooms, record openings and site notes, and correct saved measurements. Supported depth capture appears only when a verified device capability is available.

BUILD THE SCOPE
Keep reviewed plan quantities and structured quote lines connected. Use your own labour rates and builder-entered figures. Internal cost and margin stay out of customer documents.

SHOW THE PROPOSED RESULT
Choose a room photograph and the finishes you want to propose, then generate a clearly labelled proposal visualisation. Review every generated image before showing it to a customer, and report anything unsuitable from inside the app.

SEND THE EXACT QUOTE
Create sections and lines, preview the customer document, then issue a secure link for one exact quotation version. Record what the customer accepted instead of relying on screenshots or message threads.

HAND OVER AND INVOICE
Turn accepted scope into assigned work, follow progress, create staged or full invoice records, and record payments received.

BUILT FOR REAL SITE WORK
Supported site changes use a durable local queue when offline. Uploads, proposal visualisation and some commercial actions need a connection, and Setout Pro tells you at the point of action.

Setout Pro does not infer dimensions from an ordinary photograph or choose supplier prices for you. Measurements, scope, quantities, prices and any assisted suggestions remain reviewable by the builder.

Setout Pro is designed for owner-operators and small residential trade teams who want less duplicate entry and a clearer record from the room to the agreed work.

Setout Pro requires an auto-renewable monthly subscription after any eligible introductory trial. Your store shows the exact local price and renewal terms before purchase.
