I'm extremely disappointed especially after all the hype about this booking system. The booking app for administrators are not Android friendly yet I'm paying a monthly rate like everyone else. The menu keep disappearing when in use, making me have to constantly closing out and restarting the app every 2 minutes!! It's slowing ny normal business flow. Worst part is that I cannot contact a customer service representative and their form of customer support doesn't help when I can't get a response.

To do that, take a screenshot of the issue in the mobile app, which will prompt the feedback tool to open. Type in a description, then send the report. Please let us know how this goes in an updated review.
This app has been a life saver for my business. it syncs with Zapier and allows you to sync with your personal calendars as well so that you never double book. I love how you can customize so much to tailor your business openings to fit your needs, even if you just need to make a temporary change in your regular schedule. I've been using this app for over a year now and have had no problems whatsoever! 5 stars from me!!

Addendum to my previous review: Support finally contacted me, almost immediately, after I left my original two star review here. Still two stars because the bug has not been fixed. When I open my agenda view, every day, I have consecutive appointments *with myself.* 😳 That's correct, the name of the customer isn't showing up, instead it's my name. I can't imagine why this is so difficult to correct. Other than that, the app is adequate.
