Cannot Register a Complaint on SEWA app as OTP issue, Tried to Reach Sewa Customer Support they inform to register a Complaint on App but same OTP issue, Every Month bill is getting High with same Usage from Beginning. Kindly look into this as 652 AED for Studio is high.

I have been facing a big problem with your app since i downloaded it, all goes smoothly till I click to pay my bill, and then your App freeze waited long after receiving the OTP from my bank that it open, but nothing is done for your information, I did delete and download your app several times, and the issue remained the same I expect your advice to fix that problem as it will spare me long queues at the electricity offices ..
