Need to refresh everytime to be able to record the steps. Disappointing. Still the same after the update.

App crashed..didnt compensate for lost of steps during time

The support team was able to fix the issue and updated my profile. I do trust the team has fixed the bug. I am able to use the mobile app. for reference initial review and complain : --don't use this application. i am not able to login on the mobile app anymore. but i am still able to login with a browser and discovered that my email address has been changed under my profile without my consent! i contacted customer service and after 1 week nothing.
