This app has been useless for ages! it used to be so easy. I could place an order in 10 minutes and not have to worry about customer service actually entering my order correctly. The whole thing is beyond frustrating and inconvenient. If I had a choice of distributors, I'd change in a heartbeat. I try to search for products and the app just spins. I'd like to bring in new drinks, but I can't even get a page to load. Everyone loses.

I shouldn't have to uninstall the app 2 to 3 times reset passwords to place my order because it won't load images, or pull my check out order or my previously purchased. having this option and still having to type every single spirit it's not acceptable. 30 to 40 minutes to place my order it's just not okay. I get super frustrated every time I need to place my order because I know I have a lot of things to get done and this app it's just taking extremely long to place orders. please fix!

Absolute trash. app works whenever it wants to. I can't believe that a multi-million dollar national company can't make an app to work. it just shows how much they care about the consumer. which is, they don't. garbage app slow laggy won't load wheel of death spinning and spinning and spinning. I have to uninstall. reinstall the app to get it to work. I have to restart my phone constantly updating and then not working. if I could give it zero stars I would.
