About this app

This app is designed to fit the special needs of probation, parole, and other corrections-related services which include various communication tools between the Officer and the Enrollee as well as the option for curfew management, self-reporting, sobriety, location verification, voice verification, facial recognition, notifications, and other services to help the Enrollee succeed on the program. NOTE: not all the services offered are used by the Officer. The app provides a useful tool so the Enrollee’s mobile phone can be utilized to aid the officer to manage their caseload.

The app worked great. Make sure you get the right breathlyzer. I accidentally got the wrong breathylzer and I had to push the start date back and they were super accomodating through the whole process and made it easy. Notifications do come in the middle of your sleep. My advice is to not leave your phone under pillows or blankets as you could possibly miss an alarm and phone call and violate the terms. They are quick to help and answer any questions you have right away.

If ya gotta report in, this app is far better than having to set an appointment, get there and having to physically go in the office. I've had absolutely no problem with this app. It works great, leads me through the self-report, easy to use and the few questions I've had were answered quickly through text or email. If someone is having problems, I suggest uninstalling, cutting the phone off, then on and reinstalling. Might want to get CC Cleaner and make sure your location is ON.

app is great .. sometimes getting the pic to turn green doesn't work but other than that ... guys this is a blessing dont waste it
