I was so excited to be put on Shadow track but this app is ridiculous. I received my login information from my probation officer and when I try to log in it tells me my account has been disabled. I have emailed support and so far have not heard from them.

Michelle, thank you for sharing your frustrations. This is not an issue with the app itself. This is an issue with your officer enabling your account. I will have our team get in touch with your probation officer to get this resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.

It used to let me self report no problem. Every since the update, I can't get passed the voice verification process. I'm Adair of getting in trouble. Is there a way to fix this???

Only problem I've had is notifications not popping up on the app, only way I knew I had to self report is my probation officer texted me telling me to. It's really easy to use

Thank you for the positive feedback. Please note that it is the app that's sending you the reminder to check in. The issue with not popping up on your app could be a setting in your operating system. Do you mind opening up a support ticket at support@shadowtrack.com? We are more than happy to help you through this. Thank you!
