I've been using Shakepay for the first time and while I appreciate its simplicity and ease of use for cryptocurrency transactions, I'm quite disappointed with their customer service response time. Recently, I encountered an issue and tried reaching out through their chat feature for assistance. However, it took an unreasonably long time for a representative to respond, leaving me frustrated. I hope they can improve their response time to better serve their users' needs.

Amazingly buggy. Be ready to be extremely frustrated while trying to set up this app. For example, when entering your birthday, which you must enter correctly because it will be verified anyway, when scrolling to the correct month, the day changes. When scrolling to the correct year, it keeps repeating other years (say 1970, 1969, 1968, 1970, 1969, 1968, ...). When recording video of your face for authentication, it looks like it's done recording, but it isn't... I'll just stop there.

Didn't like the way the sign up was going. Sounds like I had to give you a copy of my government ID. I don't trust online having documents lack that when you may be hacked. I had my identity stolen once already and I'm not comfortable with this that's why
