was charged twice (80 SAR x2) due to a glitch in the app. There was no cancel option, and support was closed on Friday. I contacted them immediately via Twitter, but they refused to cancel the second order. When I called the next day, I was treated rudely and denied a refund. I’ve made over 20 orders before with no issues, but this time I was ignored, disrespected, and overcharged for something I didn’t confirm. Very disappointing. I won’t be using this service again.
