Shifts is an on-demand library of supportive voice notes for eating disorder recovery. Shifts supports people navigating eating disorder recovery, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, restrictive eating patterns, orthorexia, and more. ED recovery requires support outside of appointments, and Shifts is built for those in-between moments. It shows up at meals, on rest days, in social situations, late at night, and in the quiet in-between. Sometimes you need a skill. Sometimes you need information. And sometimes you just need a comforting voice in your ear. Shifts gives you support in the moment you need it, not only when you’re in the room with someone.

Shifts is built around the Pause • Shift • Align framework:

• Pause helps regulate your nervous system
• Shift helps reframe thoughts and patterns
• Align helps integrate insights into real life

Each category uses a different modality to support where you are:

• Pause offers meditation, guided breathing, grounding, and nervous system practices to help you settle your body before anything else.
• Shift offers visualizations and cognitive reframes that support flexibility, self-trust, and mindset change.
• Align offers guided journaling and recovery lessons to help you follow through with aligned action in your real life.

Recordings are short (most are under 5 minutes) and designed for everyday use. Whether you’re navigating food guilt, comparison, body image, post-meal anxiety, perfectionism, rest days, fear foods, or the subtle mental noise that eating disorder recovery brings, you’ll find something that meets you where you are. Content is led by guided meditation and breathwork instructors, licensed professionals, including therapists and dietitians, and certified eating disorder recovery coaches with lived experience who are fully recovered.
