Ratings and reviews

In the top right corner of the app, the notification bell stays on a red dot, indicating there are unread notifications, despite all the notifications being read. It is an eye sore, and quite irritating to the eyes. No point in ignoring it either as you might be under the impression that all notifications have already been read. What if there are important messages to read that I ignore? Please fix the bug

Have to update to use the app, this is a bit annoying, surely you should still be able to use the app while having the option to update.. the app sometimes takes a little while to start up, besides this (the small stuff) everything else is perfect, packages, pricing, customer service excellent! Thanks Melon

No words to describe. Very fast and efficient with no hassle. No network issues at all. Data and voice plans are ridiculously cheap. Please beautiful people before leaving a review please consider the plan that you take out. No use taking out a plan that is not efficient for you and then leaving bad reviews. I personally took out the R200 unlimited calls and sms with 5gb data and have no issues. Thanks melon mobile & Marco for the awesome service and outstanding customer support 👏
