The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.

Very bad logistics company. Its been a month my tracking details are not updated. Even the receivers are frustrated. Daily followups on call and on mail are worth nothing for them. Branch office stop picking up the calls. very very very bad experience. Its not even worth 1 star. And this is not the first time it happened many times when i shipped perfumes.

Pathetic,Worst service I have received across all types of app-based services I've used until now. The package was supposed to be delivered on August 30th. I was charged extra for faster delivery, and it is already delayed by six days. Customer service is saying the complaint is not closed, so they are still checking. How can a customer's complaint go on for a week with no action?
