The service is incredibly fraudulent. You take orders from platforms like shiprocket Market Rider and Licious, but they show up on the Rapido app, and we can't contact customers when there are issues. Worst of all, your support center is unreachable; calls never connect, and there's no one to help. After over 10,000 trips, I've only been able to reach you twice. Terrible experience with Shiprocket. I spent hours every day following up on a single issue, but there was no resolution at all. The support team is unresponsive, and there is a complete lack of accountability. This caused unnecessary stress and delays in my work. A logistics service should make things easier, not more frustrating. Unfortunately, this platform failed to meet even basic expectations. I have stopped using Shiprocket and switched to more reliable alternatives. I would not recommend

Worst courier service ever, kept the package for a month and later marked as Returning to seller without any valid reason, called and they mentioned it was due to operational issue and it was miss from them, they dont mention any terms on the order page, they have zero reliability and you could only waste time with this partner. If i had the option for zero star I would have given zero star.
