Ratings and reviews

Their service is very bad. Goods are lying at the delivery station since last one week, and they don't have any phone numbers to talk to. If you send any messages to them, they simply ignore it and do not reply to it. Tracking says there is a capacity constraint at the destination, and the product keeps on lying there forever. Already seven days are gone, and still waiting.

Worst courier service ever, kept the package for a month and later marked as Returning to seller without any valid reason, called and they mentioned it was due to operational issue and it was miss from them, they dont mention any terms on the order page, they have zero reliability and you could only waste time with this partner. If i had the option for zero star I would have given zero star.

Terrible experience with Shiprocket. I spent hours every day following up on a single issue, but there was no resolution at all. The support team is unresponsive, and there is a complete lack of accountability. This caused unnecessary stress and delays in my work. A logistics service should make things easier, not more frustrating. Unfortunately, this platform failed to meet even basic expectations. I have stopped using Shiprocket and switched to more reliable alternatives. I would not recommend
