Terrible onboarding experience on app. Why is signing up so complicated? It should be as simple as logging in with a mobile number. Instead, you're forced through 6 long steps asking for way too many details, which is enough to make anyone lose interest. To make things worse, I couldn't even get past the first step because it kept showing a "Token expired" error. Very frustrating. Fix the onboarding before adding more features.

Very disappointing service. My order has not been delivered even after more than 15 days. The tracking status keeps showing the same update, with no meaningful progress or clear explanation. Customer support is extremely poor—there is no proper way to contact the delivery station, and messages are either ignored or never answered. This level of service is unacceptable. If you cannot deliver orders on time, at least provide accurate updates and respond to customers. I would not recommend

Extremely disappointing service. I chose Shiprocket for my business, but within my very first three orders, all of them went missing. It has been over a month of repeatedly following up with customer support, yet they are still unable to tell me where my shipments are. Their customer service is highly unresponsive and ineffective. This has caused significant inconvenience to both my business and my customers. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
