Initially I found this app very useful. But now, for the past few months, all shipments I had sent to my customers had weight discrepencies. Shocking part is they charged approximately Rs. 60/- for a mere 20gms which according to them was excess weight than the actual one. I raised a ticket but still money was deducted from the wallet. After this it happened to me again. Now I am looking for alternative to Shiprocket.

I am having a very bad experience with this as I placed an order. on the date of delivery no delivery partner contacted me and they are showing that I didn't receive the order. When I rescheduled the delivery now they are showing that the address is wrong. last time I entered the same address and the delivery partner came but this time the address is wrong. When I try to contact someone on their side no one helps. Order from elsewhere if they are going to deliver.

I sent one product on 16th jan 2026, but still didn't deliver, in apps shows within 3 days will delivered. And customers care said too. but my customer still not yet receive my product. worst experience & worst service. I have complaint to customers care, but my customer still not yet receive the product. and one more I wanted to send product on 19th, but delivery person was not responding properly. better I should uninstall this app. And after recharge, again they took charge 2 times in app.
