Initially I found this app very useful. But now, for the past few months, all shipments I had sent to my customers had weight discrepencies. Shocking part is they charged approximately Rs. 60/- for a mere 20gms which according to them was excess weight than the actual one. I raised a ticket but still money was deducted from the wallet. After this it happened to me again. Now I am looking for alternative to Shiprocket.

Very hopeless . Take payment first and then no response and if called to customer care they push-up to courier service. A money-grabbing App. deducted money from wallet unnecessary. I lost About ₹ 1500/- without sending any parcel . and now my wallet goes in minus . they sending me text messages nearly daily and asking money again and again. if they get charges before pick up parcle then how wallet goes in minus ??? harassment me

I am having a very bad experience with this as I placed an order. on the date of delivery no delivery partner contacted me and they are showing that I didn't receive the order. When I rescheduled the delivery now they are showing that the address is wrong. last time I entered the same address and the delivery partner came but this time the address is wrong. When I try to contact someone on their side no one helps. Order from elsewhere if they are going to deliver.
