Ratings and reviews

I have been using the Shiprocket Courier app mainly for managing and tracking my regular shipments. The interface is easy to understand, and I can quickly check the current status of an order. This is especially useful when customers ask about their delivery. Instead of searching through different messages, I can check the shipment directly and provide an update.

Earlier , courier follow-up involved checking messages and maintaining separate notes for different shipments. This was manageable initially but became difficult with more orders. Shiprocket gives me a more convenient way to check the status of individual shipments .I can review the current information and continue with other work without spending too much time on manual tracking .

A failure app. First you need to load the balance in wallet and then no one will come to pickup your item. worst customer support. One guy came for pickup and said I can't take it as it is to heavy. While booking I clearly mentioned the weight is around 11KG and the guy came on bike and rescheduled the pickup on his own. There is no one to reach out.
