I've been using this app for years. It's never been much more than a way for us to review orders and pull in new orders quickly before production runs. As of the last few months, their security protocols have pretty much killed it. I'm constantly forced to log in to a browser before I can log into the app. I could almost understand if I was constantly connecting to different IP addresses, but this can happen multiple times per day even connected to the same IP. It's worthless now.😡

For the past few days the app will not work. Prompting me to login with browser, which I do, and will not allow login even after logging out and back in several times. Eventually locking me out of my own account even though I'm using the correct password and verification method. Unbelievably terrible app. If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would.

I actually used to like this app. while it didn't have all the features from the desktop, it was enough to manage quick things on the go. Unfortunately, now every single time I open the app, I have to do this ridiculous authentication of going to my browser and logging into the desktop within like 5 minutes then toggle back to the app to login. Who was the idiot who developed this process? Why every time I open it, even if it's in the same day.
