inefficient. scheduling appts is a nightmare when I'm trying to book multiple appts. Then today, I attempted to log in to verify my appt. today. Apparently, this app no longer works on my phone. it works on my husband's exact same phone, but I get the wheel of death when I enter the verification code. 🤬 Aaaaaaaaand, it has just started again. USELESS APP!

The app crashes a lot. It stopped letting me confirm appointments so I couldn't schedule anything, but after uninstalling and redownloading, I can schedule appointments again. So now the only problem is how much it crashes and requires you to re-login. ***Only lets me reschedule a few appointments before it stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall again.

The app worked fantastic until 2 weeks ago. At that point I could no longer edit and schedule donations. I can pick a day and time, click [schedule appointment] but when I get to the [confirm appointment] this button is greyed out rendering the entire process a waste of time. I'm happy to schedule appointments at the front desk but they always seem extremely busy and it all feels so unnecessary 😕. The rest of the functionality is there but scheduling is a paramount feature that needs to work!
