Shomvob is a job opportunities and upskilling platform for the rising workforce of Bangladesh. We aim to solve challenges for employers and job applicants by seamlessly connecting the two through the platform.

As the blue-collar workforce in Bangladesh is growing, the platform aims to provide job applicants with opportunities by helping them build a digital professional identity, a wide network, and professional training related to their skills, qualifications, and experiences to get a job. The app provides many job vacancies in Bangladesh, focusing on the following roles - call center agents, field associates, sales assistants, delivery men, office admins, brand promoters, riders, waiters, and related professions for more than a thousand renowned employers.

Applying for jobs may be stressful and time-consuming, which makes it difficult for some job applicants even to muster the motivation to hunt for jobs, let alone apply. On the other hand, many vacancies through other media confuse job applicants and create avolition. At the same time, our app includes job applicants' success stories in the app to encourage the community to upskill its workforce and boost confidence throughout the recruitment process.

Not only do job applicants struggle with this problem, but employers also have pain spots throughout the recruitment process. Finding the ideal applicant for a position is a difficult challenge, when there are many applicants and only few are qualified. This is where Shomvob integrates the two by allowing employers to publish their job vacancies through the Shomvob employer panel and helping job applicants apply for those job roles while also building their career, confidence and skill sets.

Therefore, the main objective of Shomvob is to free up candidates' search and application time. In addition, the app offers career, learning, and training modules, with an emphasis on different jobs and interviews, to up-skill the blue-collar workforce and boost their confidence throughout the recruitment process.

Job applicants may quickly and conveniently apply to their preferred positions with Shomvob. Jobs can be saved for later application. Additionally, job applicants can monitor if the recruiter has seen their application, shortlisted them, and/or called them for an interview using Shomvob's application tracking system. Additionally, an SMS system is used to notify them when recruiters employ them or schedule interviews with them. Additionally, this enables recruiters to reach a large number of applicants using our own SMS service in order to contact them for interviews or to confirm their employment.

The theme of this app is very good but it works very slowly due to which after scrolling for a while the app automatically reloads which makes me have to go back into the apps and scroll again which is very annoying and difficult.

Don't install this app please.... It's a very bad apps, only for business, nothing helpful for job. Just disturbing apps. 😔😔😡

Dear Support Team, Your app warns against money transactions, but it lacks a 'Report' button to flag scammers. Many users realize a job is fake only after the interview. Without a reporting option, these frauds remain active on your platform. ​Please add a "Report/Flag" feature so we can help you identify and remove fake companies.
