it's convenient and easy to use, which is ideally good for small businesses. However, their machines often break down and go out of services without a warning. the problem has been going on for quite some time now, which seems the company is not ready to sort it out.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a mistaken top-up I made using the Shop2Shop app. The funds were incorrectly sent to Shoprite, and I reported the issue immediately after the transaction. After following up, Shoprite has confirmed that the funds have been successfully reversed back to Shop2Shop. However, despite my efforts and reporting the issue promptly, I have still not received my refund from Shop2Shop. It has now been 14 number of days

I don't receive the email to verify and theres a link for if you do not get the email it's also not work I cannot register on the app as a new user
