I have purchased one product through this app which is defective and same day have raised the return request. letter on I received one notification from this app where they requested some details and product video or photos with in 48 hr.but when I tried to provide that details and photograph app throwing error that there is an error, due to that I am not able to provide details and then they directly close my ticket and now I don't have any option to reach them.don't purchase anything from here

@developers #developers. if you can't make user experience better, atleast don't make worse. pushing too many notifications in a day, even at 2am. Most notifications can't be swiped to reject, having thin dismiss (x) button so always opening app. Already worst seller experience I am having who push junk/wrong or ultra low quality products in name of "replacement only" option. atleast don't make app worst. 😡

SCAM ALERT: Ordered 2, Received 1. ZERO Customer Support! (0/5 Stars) ​Warning: DO NOT BUY from Shopclues! ​I ordered two items and only received one. I immediately tried to contact them via email but received absolutely no response. There is no working customer care number, leaving me stranded with a missing product. It is impossible to resolve issues when the seller provides zero communication channels. Avoid this platform and save your money.
