Shopee is my go-to app for absolutely everything, from daily necessities to the most random gadgets. It completely dominates the e-commerce space with its amazing blend of shopping and entertainment. ​I especially love the daily flash sales and how easy it is to collect and use free shipping vouchers. The app is smooth, the product reviews are helpful, and the integrated payment options make checkout seamless.

Firstly, I'm bothered by the "Live & Videos" page that creeps up eveytime I open the app. This has happened for months. Shouldn't the app opens to the "Home" page first? Secondly, while conducting a product search on the "Home" page, why most of the searches have unnecessary autoplay videos? Lastly, when I clicked on a listing, there's that little pop-up video that simply distracted my browsing experience. Admin really needs to troubleshoot these pain points.

I've used this app for a few years and my purchase experiences has been mostly good. Now, being able to pick up purchases at the nearby collection point is an added bonus as I don't have to be at home for long periods for fear of missing out on the deliveries. However, I would like to raise the issue of proliferation of misleading seller ads where they advertise a product but quote the price of a lower-priced product. Then when you order, the lower-priced product appears.This can put off buyers.
