Ratings and reviews

Firstly, I'm bothered by the "Live & Videos" page that creeps up eveytime I open the app. This has happened for months. Shouldn't the app opens to the "Home" page first? Secondly, while conducting a product search on the "Home" page, why most of the searches have unnecessary autoplay videos? Lastly, when I clicked on a listing, there's that little pop-up video that simply distracted my browsing experience. Admin really needs to troubleshoot these pain points.

Frustrating system glitch and terrible refund policy! I had a terrible experience with Shopee recently. I completed my payment for an order, but the app system failed to update and kept showing the status as "To Pay." After waiting for 24 hours, the system automatically canceled my order! To make matters worse, I now have to wait 3 to 5 business days just to get my money back for a mistake caused by their system glitch. On top of that, I lost the promotional price/discount I originally used. If

I genuinely enjoy using Shopee because it has become one of my go-to apps whenever I need to buy something. I usually check reviews and compare prices before making a purchase, and I appreciate having so many options in one place. Of course, every shopping experience depends on the seller, but overall, Shopee has made online shopping much more convenient for me.
