I find shopee the most user friendly shopping app. It's easy and simple to navigate without having prior knowledge and experience to use. I find scam stores here and there but I noticed they usually get banned eventually. That's a major plus for me. As a shop & delivery app, it's a 5/5 for sure. I hope you expand your international reach soon and that more stores from the current countries be established.

Very laggy, need too much details on account before you order, especially when you're a new user. Having trouble of the contact number, when you already have a number but is asking for another new number and it'll lead you to change number. So slow to load even when your Internet is good, hard to order because of lags and etc.
