Ratings and reviews

Please, No More Auto-Playing Videos in search and on the home screen!!!! The app was great, but now I can't scroll through items without finding an AUTO playing video that loudly blasts through my speakers, interrupting what I was doing and irritating everyone around me. I like the option of watching a video once I click on an item, but I find the Auto Play while searching very intrusive. Bring back silent shopping, please!!!

This 1 star rating is for Shoppee's abysmal handling of my $100 voucher redeemed with credit card points. I realised it had disappeared from my Vouchers list. Upon asking, Shoppee says it was used for a $10.16 item in which $8.17 was covered by the voucher and I paid $1.99 for the item. I asked how this was possible as, even if I accidentally selected the voucher for this item, it should cover the cost fully but I still paid. Shoppee only repeated that voucher is used and closed enquiry.

For me, I have been using shopee for close to 2 years now and have no issues whatsoever. the only catch is that the shopee app sometimes opens randomly and brings me to the same shop, and this happens even when i didn't click on any advertisement, hence the 4 star rating.
