Ratings and reviews

Please, No More Auto-Playing Videos in search and on the home screen!!!! The app was great, but now I can't scroll through items without finding an AUTO playing video that loudly blasts through my speakers, interrupting what I was doing and irritating everyone around me. I like the option of watching a video once I click on an item, but I find the Auto Play while searching very intrusive. Bring back silent shopping, please!!!

After a recent update, the app tends to show very low item prices such as "$0.00 After Voucher", but when you add the item to cart, the price is completely different and the "vouchers" are nowhere to be found. It's impossible to shop on the Shopee app now with all the misleading pricing. Will stop buying until the app is improved.

Shopee is currently the worst shopping platform, refund are incredibly slow, and despite the obvious error, they keep insisting that I can request a refund once I've received the goods, I really don't understand the estimate date reached, the item still never ship out, can't make it just refund, why purposely of wasting resources like this. stupid platform.
