Ratings and reviews

Please, No More Auto-Playing Videos in search and on the home screen!!!! The app was great, but now I can't scroll through items without finding an AUTO playing video that loudly blasts through my speakers, interrupting what I was doing and irritating everyone around me. I like the option of watching a video once I click on an item, but I find the Auto Play while searching very intrusive. Bring back silent shopping, please!!!

Lately, I seem to be getting more cancellation for my orders from Shopee. It's quite frustrating as the cancellation came after I've paid for it. And without warning too. One would expect better service from Shopee. Another time their Pick locker system failed after Shopee's delivery team couldn't find a vacant locker for my item. Hence, Shopee had to return the item to their seller. Very disappointing.

While the platform is generally reliable, dealing with SPX Express when an item goes missing is a total nightmare. Furthermore, the 1,000-coin daily spending limit is far too restrictive. I’m currently sitting on over 5,000 coins that I can’t even spend before they expire—this cap needs to be raised immediately.
