Ratings and reviews

Please, No More Auto-Playing Videos in search and on the home screen!!!! The app was great, but now I can't scroll through items without finding an AUTO playing video that loudly blasts through my speakers, interrupting what I was doing and irritating everyone around me. I like the option of watching a video once I click on an item, but I find the Auto Play while searching very intrusive. Bring back silent shopping, please!!!

It is annoying when sometimes a video with loud sound appears when tapped to explore more of a product. For example, one could be shopping in Shopee in a very quiet environment, the sudden play of video with sound disturbs everyone around. Please remove the auto play of videos. Next, the platform mentioned guaranteed on-time delivery, or a compensation voucher if no delivery is attempted. It is a scam when the estimated delivery date keeps changing to reflect a later date after purchase.

Lately, I seem to be getting more cancellation for my orders from Shopee. It's quite frustrating as the cancellation came after I've paid for it. And without warning too. One would expect better service from Shopee. Another time their Pick locker system failed after Shopee's delivery team couldn't find a vacant locker for my item. Hence, Shopee had to return the item to their seller. Very disappointing.
