Ratings and reviews

the reels/videos update is very annoying. i preferred it when the first impression of a product are still-images. mini video pop ups in the corner of each product selection page are also terribly overstimulating and annoying to have to close it each time. also, pressing to view the shop/seller under the product is very difficult and doesn't take me directly to their shop.

The font is too small to easily be read on a smartphone, and I don't understand why a company that wants to sell products makes their app extremely difficult to read. The Amazon apps font is at least 3 times larger, and Amazon is a successful company. Shopee seems to think that their customers don't need to be able to read the text on their App. I doubt that this kind of thinking would improve sales 🤣🤣🤣 . Maybe Shopee needs to employ people with more intelligence to develop the App 😃

Works well, but doesn't have the 'find similar' function that Lazada provides and it is also more difficult to find the exact location from which items are being sent. My main gripe is that is has all these confusing vouchers, discounts, special sales, coins, etc. and I constantly fell like I am missing out on a better bargain, and it it a lot of extra work to try to understand when discounts run out, etc. I would much prefer a simple relaxed shopping experience with low prices every day.
