Very disappointing app. I do not recommend it. I tried using Shopee to buy a few products, but the overall experience was frustrating. The app is heavily focused on Thai, making it very difficult for English-speaking users. There are too many pop-ups and menus, which makes navigation confusing and annoying. Customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. Most of the time you're talking to AI instead of a real person, and reaching a human agent can take hours. Even then, it's very difficul

Most ANNOYING app ever!!!!Opens in a video advert. Vouchers that don't work. Prices different at checkout. Many counterfeit products. Often items arrive broken or of poor quality not matching description. Not worth the time and difficulty to return broken or counterfeit items. I report counterfeit items, but Shopee still continues to sell obviously counterfeit items. Does little to protect customers from Fulfillment scams. Terrible customer service. Shopee hides negative reviews for bad sellers.

Could not order Longbeach Zero Calorie Flavoured Syrup Valencia Oranges on my PC. Results in error: "Oops, you cannot proceed with the checkout. Please download the App to enjoy the benefit. Thank You!" Can still order the specific item on the phone app though. Never had this problem before. Please fix.
