Ratings and reviews

This transfer service is dishonest. They claim that transfers are free of administrative fees. While I, as the sender, am not charged any fee, the deduction is instead applied to the recipient, causing the received amount to be lower than the transferred amount. This is very misleading.

good, but sometimes if the saldo are zero, while i have saldo on sea bank, the payment got error, and if you put money on shopeePay, the payment become ok and there is option for seabank payment, i was like, why the previous one error then....huft

I can't make payments, i have contacted them with the customer support and they tell me to wait for 24 hours but 24 hours have passed i still can't make payments
