Would have been better if it wasnt a stand alone app. Slow Slowest qris payment method amongst the competition. Many payment issues not received by merchant,even after a month of report still no follow-up.

lack service , all the customer service didnt know what to do when complaints come only can ask to wait and wait.. totally didnt help customer. Shopee pay detain my money 52 hours. They didnt intend to pay back. The custome service keep saying the team havent done the verification. 52 hours didnt enought??? I dont believe it. They are playing with customers, lie and giving hope. but they didnt do anything. after i wrote commenta on IG, may be they started their verification.
