crazy that we need to install a seperate app for shopeepay when all this time it's never been a problem in shopee and for zero bank transfer fees... fix the bugs and lags from the original app (eliminate the ridiculous amounts of ads, unnecessary games). "remerge" the apps ffs :/ praktis where?

Edit: I don't use social media. Shouldn't customer service handle this through shopee pay live chat? I've tried 4 times. Will not accept foreign credit card zip code. Contacted customer service multiple times. Nobody seems to understand anything about credit cards zip code validation. Was advised "to use a different zip code".

too much unnecessary security, for what I created a PIN if I still need a message code from phone number everytime I did a Bank transfer?! nothing in app are actually make the transaction easier. it just such a waste and the user need more confirmation and getting more complicated than the in-app shopeepay at the shopee app. location access is unavoidable in this app even I've been a member for YEARS! uninstall..
