Look, the app is nice, and scans and walk-in points are great, but redeeming points is when the issue comes in. I have an Android, and when I tried to redeem $10 gift cards for PayPal and Amazon, it hasn't worked. I've been trying for 2 weeks now, and nothing. Please fix and I will sure give it a 5-star rating. Edit: About 3 days after writing the original review customer service reached out and fixed the issue. So, if having trouble with redeeming, write a review and you'll be taken care of!

The updated version that I had downloaded has too many bugs and is not enjoyable because of it. The videos are not playing. When I click on the categories under the discovery it alawys say technical difficulties so I'm unable to look through the different products. I used to like this app before I updated. The new up date has a lot of bugs. Please fix so I can enjoy the app like I did before.

Constantly fighting them to make good on advertised kicks. Buy more than one item and submit your receipt, they only give kicks on one item and you have to contact customer service to get remaining kicks. Purchase something online, wait the 60 days for them to show up in your account but they don't- you have to contact customer service to get them. Too many bugs in system and they know about them and don't fix. Bait and switch operation. I've used for 2 years but am tired all the issues.
