The payment process is a mess. I try to buy a ticket, I get an error message saying the purchase couldn't be finalized. I then try again to buy a single ticket, it works. Except I now have two tickets and I got charged twice. And it's not the first that has happened. I don't know if it's incompetence or malice at this point

SCAMMERS! the worst app, service and company of all, I bought tickets for a party, an hour before the party they wrote on Instagram, not even in the app notification, that the event was canceled, after 4 attempts of trying to contact the organizers and support via the shotgun app, email and all other possible methods, no answer and no hint of a refund for an event that did not take place, wasted time, money and nerves, the worst experience using the service!!!

Limited. This would be way cooler if I could link my YouTube music account. Not everybody uses Spotify.
