I usually always have a good experience with shutterfly. The quality of my photos on their cards is outstanding. The service is quick and reliable. The one time I was sent the wrong project I used the automated help service to get the correct project remade. Even after confirming the correct project order # I was sent the wrong project order again. Other than that, it's a great service that I continue to use.

They really get you on the shipping. I placed a $60 order and paid more than $30 for shipping! And there doesn't seem to be any free shipping threshold. I tried adding more to the order thinking if the order was over $100, I might get free shipping, but nope, it didn't work. So that was my first and last Shutterfly order because I'd rather buy a $90 gift from a physical store or Amazon than a $60 gift that I paid $30 just to have shipped to me...

The app is a nightmare to use. It won't add things to my shopping cart. I'll try to add a simple print and it'll just say my shopping cart is empty. uploading photos only let's me choose from my albums, which doesn't include all of my photos. I used to love shutterfly but the app makes it impossible to order anything easily. it's easier to just buy from somewhere else.
