Want to attach file. Doesn't work. They replied I have to contact the nearest branch. What's the point of the app, then? Not a fun user interface either, it's too stuffy.

Need some improvement: 1. Change the value of redeemed points (after redemption it is still showing the full amount). 2. Show the cashback in details so the customer can know which items has cashback. 3. Overall improvement needed like speed, opening and closing the application, timer to close the application if not active... Etc. You are carrying a great name of our beloved SHARJAH Emirate, so you should be perfect, awesome and super smart application. Thank you.

I don't know what's wrong with this app I tried so many times to open an account when it comes to scan the id, that shows a notification "something went wrong please scan your id again , doesn't deserve it
