It has been more than a month, and I am still unable to add a beneficiary through the SIB app. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact support, I am asked to update the app or phone software, but both are already updated. Adding a beneficiary is a basic and essential banking feature. It is very disappointing that such an important service has not been fixed for over a month.

Worst experience ever.Its not user friendly. I cant do transaction because of tht biometric issue,tired of it. Lodged a complaint aswell but the only solution they give is to check wifi connection, uninstall then install again. But the issue still continues after doing everything. I can login the app with my biometrics but cant transfer bcoz of the biometric issue. Why cant it catch the fingerprint for transactions to proceed. Its so so annoying.Also the top right menu bar is not accessib
