Ratings and reviews

App is not working properly after the latest update. The top menu overlaps the mobile screen, making it impossible to access the Right-side (three-line) menu. I’ve installed the app on three different devices, and the issue persists on all of them as of 10 April 2026. Additionally, the banking section keeps asking for unnecessary information instead of simply updating the app, which is frustrating. This needs urgent attention and a proper fix. My mobile model is S24 Ultra.

My experience with Sharjah Islamic Bank has been very disappointing. The bank service is slow, customer support is not helpful, and the mobile banking service is weak. The mobile application is also poorly designed, difficult to use, and often does not work properly, which makes basic banking tasks frustrating. Many customer reviews also mention app bugs, login problems, biometric issues, and general instability in the mobile app

Very disappointed. First the biometrics fail every month and I need to do full data clear, uninstall, restart, then install and setup everything again. And now they added some mandatory face check which doesn't work. On android phone black screen, on iPhone loads forever and times out. You need to fully test your app before forcing mandatory features. Also old bugs regarding biometrics which is critical to using core functions need to be fixed urgently
