Very disappointed. After updating to the latest version, it asks for Face ID for fund transfers. The camera opens and shows a “loading, please wait” message, followed by “move closer to the camera.” I tried many times, but after 2–3 minutes, it says “Face ID session has been cancelled.” I’m unable to transfer money.

App is not working properly after the latest update. The top menu overlaps the mobile screen, making it impossible to access the Right-side (three-line) menu. I’ve installed the app on three different devices, and the issue persists on all of them as of 10 April 2026. Additionally, the banking section keeps asking for unnecessary information instead of simply updating the app, which is frustrating. This needs urgent attention and a proper fix. My mobile model is S24 Ultra.

My experience with Sharjah Islamic Bank has been very disappointing. The bank service is slow, customer support is not helpful, and the mobile banking service is weak. The mobile application is also poorly designed, difficult to use, and often does not work properly, which makes basic banking tasks frustrating. Many customer reviews also mention app bugs, login problems, biometric issues, and general instability in the mobile app
