Very bad experience 👎 It is not a good banking app. When I was trying to open an account and I put all the details but still there shown sorry and after some time, when I was trying to open an account and put the correct otp but still there shown please write the correct otp and not opened. So, overall I didn't like it 👎😡

SIB mobile app now not able to transfer from account. already biometrics is activate but translation ending it's ask to activate biometrics. top and bottom side of screen app option not able to select. using SIB Mobile app is very difficult. pls do updates as soon as possible..

there's bug in Android app, and in app store app as well. I tried both devices. I'm not able Activate biometric, and I'm not to use it without biometric activation. I'm not able to change the device. the forgot password is not working in the new device. and once (only once) the username worked in my other (ipad) Device. but it opened to website-like interphase (not optimized UI, half of the screen is missing). I wouldn't give a 1 star if it were doing it's primary job.
