Still no improvement since 2 years... 1. Show the spends and balance from the supplementry card, its showing the total spends and balance from the total amount. I cannot control the supplementry card spends unless I call the call center to know the balance, complaint registered since November 2022 and no update till now. 2. At the end of the call with the call center add evaluate quotation for the bank also as well as the agent. 3. Show the cashback amount in each spend.

Opened a account and the online app is absolutely horrible. Can't register can't even create login. Please don't get my started about their customers service over the phone. I have tried to contact a live agent with 10 attempts still nothing. Definitely don't recommend this bank to anyone! Absolutely ridiculous!
