Decent app but multiple issues. 1) Unable to view card details in app - it doesn't make sense it would be nice to view the details of the card in app instead of always reaching out for the physical debit card while making an online purchase. 2) A better UI which is user friendly and looks neat would be appreciated. Overall decent app but the above would help a lot

Sharjah Islamic Bank has very poor service.I created a digital account through the mobile app and it has been over a week and I still have not received the debit card delivery. There is no process in the application to indicate when it will be delivered, nor is there any status information from this bank. I have been waiting for a week to receive my debit card. It has been a long time since I created an account but I still haven't received my debit card. It has been a week and I am still sitting

Not friendly complication to access The old version was more convenient and easy read. very complicated online service minus stars 32 failed trial to biometric sign in changed password, eeset my scree lock yet failed... so sophisticated
