Please I am having difficulty in signing into my account on this app. I recently re-installed the app, when trying to log in with my correct email and password, it use to show me at the top left hand side that, "an error is occurred", from there it will keep loading without logging me in. what exactly is the problem, is it from you or from this side, and how can it be ratified?.

The app is too buggy. When you are trying to book ( I use the latest app ) it can take you back to selection again or it shows the date as month instead of specific dates. When you finally get to select the seat, you have to type fast or else someone already takes the seat when you are about to go to the payment section. The tickets during peak holiday season and especially this free tickets season, literally disappear within 30 mins. The app experience really needs to be improved.

Frustrating Sign-up Experience - Unable to Book Train Rating: 1/5 "I'm extremely disappointed with the app's registration process. Despite multiple attempts, I've been unable to create an account. Every time I enter my NIN number, I get an error message directing me to contact customer care. Unfortunately, the customer care line seems to be perpetually busy, and I haven't been able to get through. As a result, I'm currently unable to book a train, which is the app's primary function!
