For almost 3 months I couldn't login into my account but now the account is unlocked partially. But after I'm captured to claim the daily reward the token will not add up. Also I haven't been able to connected to my wallet where I have almost 2000 SDA.. So there are so much confusion with the system right now that needs urgent solution as we're many facing this issue. Thanks

Did you guys change the functionality of the app? Everything was working fine until one day. I can't login to claim my tokens again. Once I clicked on authorize option, it takes like forever to load and bounces me back to the login page. This problem has persisted for two weeks now. This is not fair sincerely. I've cleared cache, uninstall and reinstall, still nothing seems better. You've gotta do something about this. It's stressing me.

This app takes an unusually long time to open, which is frustrating when you're in a hurry. Even after getting past the long loading time, you're greeted with multiple login requests, which adds to the inconvenience. It feels like a hassle every time I try to use it. The KYC is another issue. Despite submitting all the documents my KYC has not been approved after two months.
