Something in the camera/app stops working. I've gone through 3 sightbulbs and returned them to home depot, where i bought it. They work well until they don't. Phone won't connect to camera and I can only see a 3 second clip of a motion alert so I KNOW THE CAMERA RECORDS but it won't give me live access as it has a "failure to connect" message. All 3 have given me this exact issue after a month or so of use. emailed the company and never got a response. Absolute waste

it's the app 1. ADDENDUM: I got the last phone out that I was using before I bought a new one. I wanted to see if the app for Sight Bulb was still the old version. I immediately went to the phone automatic updates to make sure it was off and it was. I went to the Sight Bulb App. and it was an old version of 1.1.5. I signed in and bingo it worked. *fix the issue .... it is saying it can't connect yet when you go in to check the connection to wifi it says it is connected to the wifi.

This was a solid 4 Star camera for the price. Had a few for a couple of years. Now its less than 1 Star if that was an option. Since the new App came out they are now worthless. Cant access live feed or recordings. Cant use any features. The only thing you can see is a Thumbnail image of a still image of a recording it made. One camera points at the sky another at the ground, but without access there is no way to redirect. The new app loads behind the navigation and notification bars!
