My camera was working fine yesterday evening when I checked it while at the grocery store. By the time I got home, it had stopped. The light still functions, but the camera says "no connection." There is no wifi issue. I have tried resetting the device twice, still nothing. Y'ALL NEED TO GET THIS FIXED!!!! UPDATE 4/24/26: This has continued to be a problem. The only thing that fixes it is uninstalling the app & reinstalling. Just be sure to download videos & video snapshots first!

Something in the camera/app stops working. I've gone through 3 sightbulbs and returned them to home depot, where i bought it. They work well until they don't. Phone won't connect to camera and I can only see a 3 second clip of a motion alert so I KNOW THE CAMERA RECORDS but it won't give me live access as it has a "failure to connect" message. All 3 have given me this exact issue after a month or so of use. emailed the company and never got a response. Absolute waste

it's the app 1. ADDENDUM: I got the last phone out that I was using before I bought a new one. I wanted to see if the app for Sight Bulb was still the old version. I immediately went to the phone automatic updates to make sure it was off and it was. I went to the Sight Bulb App. and it was an old version of 1.1.5. I signed in and bingo it worked. *fix the issue .... it is saying it can't connect yet when you go in to check the connection to wifi it says it is connected to the wifi.
