Issue connecting app to smartphone. There is no menu option to pair smartphones. So, I tried to pair from the Sigma rox 2.0 ride app menu option doesn't find either. The firmware is ver 1.12 and needs to be updated but can't connect to update firmware. Is there a way to update the firmware through connection to my laptop? Any suggestions for my issues?

Syncing fails often and loses activities! I got a Sigma bike computer because I don't care about fancy stuff, but the bare minimum is that you can ride with it (this is great) AND that you can transfer the activities to your favourite app. Now, this works ok most of the times, but sometimes (once a month) the computer would not connect (need to reset the connection), and sometimes this means the activity is lost (corrupted, every 2 months). I think this is below basic functions! Disappointing!

I used the app next to cycling for fitness and spinning. i was happy to have all my logging data locally in one place instead of spread between apps or online. However, they just put it all in a paid subscription now. Despite logging and sync problems and a corrupt memory on the rox 11.1 Evo I was still happy with it and planned to stick with sigma, suddenly having to pay for functions I've been using for a long time has really disappointed me.
