Issue connecting app to smartphone. There is no menu option to pair smartphones. So, I tried to pair from the Sigma rox 2.0 ride app menu option doesn't find either. The firmware is ver 1.12 and needs to be updated but can't connect to update firmware. Is there a way to update the firmware through connection to my laptop? Any suggestions for my issues?

Syncing fails often and loses activities! I got a Sigma bike computer because I don't care about fancy stuff, but the bare minimum is that you can ride with it (this is great) AND that you can transfer the activities to your favourite app. Now, this works ok most of the times, but sometimes (once a month) the computer would not connect (need to reset the connection), and sometimes this means the activity is lost (corrupted, every 2 months). I think this is below basic functions! Disappointing!

Asking for 39€ per year (!!) just to be able to use the app to the full as stand alone for a while even when a Sigma device is purchased and registered in the app is kind of ridiculous! After the latest updates it seems not possible anymore to edit the totals or to import a gpx as an activity in order to get the totals right (helpful in situations when GPS is not working).
