Started their weightlifting blocks after a 4 month back injury and not touching any weights. After running all three blocks successively, I made lifetime PRs in pretty much every lift relevant to weightlifting. Snatch went from 113kg to 120kg, Clean and Jerk went from 140kg to 148kg, Back Squat went from 192kg to 210kg, and Front Squat went from 165kg to 180kg. Now imagine how much more progress I would've made if I wasn't injured previously. This stuff works! DO NOT HESISTATE!
