This app is horrible. Every time I log in, it goes to a blank screen that just gives an error with a corresponding code. I willtry multiple times yo log in and the attempts all fail. The i.d. and pass word work on a desktop computer so I know the app doesn't work. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times, but the issue still exists.

App doesn't work. What's the point of providing a Patient Portal when you can't sign in and get test results or communicate with your doctors?? Tried signing in several times on several occasions and kept getting an error message. Incredibly frustrating. SILVER CROSS HOSPITAL, someone should be looking into this?

Silver cross says use this app to review test results, schedule appointments, communicate with your doctor, and even find a doctor. Guess what? You get about 35% of that functionality, and that's if you get logged in. I have to log in 3x to get in once. The first 2x, it spins and times out, sends me back to login. And if you're trying to find a doctor beware even the list that Silver Cross emailed to me was full of providers who no longer participate in SCMG. 0/10, don't recommend
