The app is very comfortable taking your money, only to find out the branch has been closed. When you ask for your refund, they say it'll take five days to refund. Why confirm an order when you know the branch is closed! Useless app!!

This app is nonsense. Sometimes the order doesn't even arrive or it comes after 2 hours and the driver takes his time, he can even take 2 hours to come to your place that's just a 10 minute drive away from the shop. Horrible experience, I don't recommend this app at all!!!

Service was very quick and the delivery guy was courteous. The app was a bit slow though, it wasn't keeping up with the stages the order was in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a first timer
