If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered food, and the order was stuck on Received. We tried calling and could not get through even when we used all three options. We only managed to get a response after giving a bad review on the last order. Only to get different stories and no order. Your service is awful.

Upate: I still can't save my address to use next time. Every time I order I have to enter it again!! Also, I've had to call in twice now to have my order placed because apparently the order won't go through with "pay now", only with "pay on delivery". Please fix these problems! This new version doesn't allow me to save my address. I have to enter it every time I order. Also, this last time I had to call in my order because there weren't any payment methods to select.

There is an issue with app, it refuses to complete payment, doesn't allow order tracking and I can't change the location, iv tried it on 3 other phones and same issue occured, so left we opted to just call customer support to place the order. kindly check if anyone else has this issue and solve it.
