Upate: I still can't save my address to use next time. Every time I order I have to enter it again!! Also, I've had to call in twice now to have my order placed because apparently the order won't go through with "pay now", only with "pay on delivery". Please fix these problems! This new version doesn't allow me to save my address. I have to enter it every time I order. Also, this last time I had to call in my order because there weren't any payment methods to select.

Used to be my goto, but service has declined. I've had two orders this week spend an hour just "ready for collection." Perhaps it's the season, because before they were fairly reliable. Edit: Waiting an hour for cold food has now pretty much become the norm.

Theives. Thats the most i have read so far into the comments and i totally agree. These people are theives. Orders take 1 hr to 2 hours to come from a shop 5 to 10minutes away. Take your money and cancel the order, promise refund in 3days, and a week later they are giving you contact details of accounts so you follow up your own refund. To me, that just a blantant show of incompetence from the customer service and the accounts. I definately recommend you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
