About this app

WinEntry is a no-fuss inventory management app built for retail shop
owners who manage products as countable units across multiple brands
and pack sizes — bottles, boxes, cases, pouches, cans, and similar items.

Originally built for the specific daily workflow of licensed Wine, Liquor, beverage retail outlets in Andhra Pradesh, WinEntry is equally at home in dairy & beverage stores, personal care & cosmetics shops, pet supply stores, construction material outlets, and any retail business that tracks stock by unit
count.

── WORKFLOW ──

The app is built around a simple daily routine:

- Ontime Opening stock set up — Setup app by filling opening stock on fist day of commencement of transactions

- Start the day — opening stock is carried forward automatically
from yesterday's closing balance. No manual entry needed.

- Record closing stock — enter physical closing counts product
by product at end of day. The app automatically calculates
daily sales and the sale value of each product, plus the
total day sale amount.

- Day-end summary — record amounts received through online
and cash modes, contingency expenses, and the balance
available for deposit. Generates monthly sale summary reports,
making the entire sales process transparent and keeping the
shop keeper fully accountable to the business owner.

- Record purchases — log each purchase with invoice number,
supplier, product, quantity. Purchase value is
calculated automatically. Purchases auto ported to days total
stock available for sale transactions.
Bulk import from Excel is supported.

- Reports — daily stock reports and purchase summaries can be
exported to Excel, printed, or shared via WhatsApp, Gmail,
or any app on your device. Generate daily, monthly, and
custom date-range reports — product-wise, brand-wise, and
product-type-wise — for sales analysis and pattern tracking.

── PRODUCT CUSTOMISATION ──

Fully customise your product catalogue to suit your business:
product name, brand, category, size, purchase and sale prices,
pack size, display order, and active or inactive status. A
standard wine product list is available to download as a starting
point in Telugu & Emglish and is fully editable customisable to match your exact requirements.

- Multi-brand, multi-size — manage dozens of brands and pack
sizes within the same product category without confusion.

- Day-end reconciliation — compare physical closing stock
against computed figures to spot discrepancies before they
become problems.

- Optional cloud backup — register for a free cloud workspace
and your data syncs automatically in the background to a
secure Google Sheets workspace. Entirely optional. Can be
switched on or off at any time from Settings.

- Excel export — generate stock and purchase reports as .xlsx
files compatible with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Print support — print daily stock summaries and reports to
any printer accessible from your Android device.

- Your inventory data never leaves your device unless you
explicitly enable cloud backup.
- Sign in with your existing Google account — no new password
to remember.
- No advertisements. No analytics tracking. No data selling.
- Delete your account and all cloud data instantly from within
the app at any time.

WinEntry is currently available at no charge. The developer may introduce
optional paid features in future.
