Find your glasses size with any bank-card-sized card: measure the glasses that already fit you, or your face, and get a frame size like 55-17-145 with its ± in millimetres.
▶ MEASURE THE GLASSES YOU ALREADY HAVE
• Numbers on the arm worn off? Lay your pair lenses-down next to a card on a table and take one photo from above.
• Tap the four card corners, then the hinges and the lens edges. The app corrects the camera angle from the card's known size and reads lens width, bridge, lens height, total width and frame PD (lens + bridge).
• Each value is shown as about ± 1 mm.
• Add the temple length: unfold one arm next to the card and tap along it from the hinge screw to the tip. You also see the nearest standard length.
• A sheet of A4 or US Letter paper can replace the card as a larger reference.
• Save the pair as your reference: it becomes the basis for comparisons and for the bridge in your face result.
▶ CHECK A SHOP SIZE BEFORE YOU BUY
• Type the size from a product page: 52□18-140, 52-18-140, 52 18 140, or only the total width, like 135.
• See what it means: lens, bridge, temple, approximate total width, frame PD and size class.
• Compare it with your reference pair: differences in lens, bridge, total width and temple, in words such as "4 mm wider than your pair".
• Or compare it with your face: inside, wider or narrower than the total-width range for your face, plus the lens-centre shift per lens.
• Plastic bridge or nose pads: the bridge note follows the frame type you choose.
▶ YOUR SIZE FROM A FACE PHOTO
• No glasses needed. Hold the card under your eyes and take a photo with the front or back camera, or choose one from the gallery.
• Pick the camera distance (30 cm, 50 cm, or 1 m with a helper). A 2.5× magnifier, drag, nudge and undo help you place each point.
• Results: face width at eye level with its ± in mm, up to three size suggestions, the total-width range for your face, a size class, a temple range, a bridge estimate and PD.
• Measure 3 times for a median; a far-off reading is set aside.
• Sunglasses switch for a slightly wider size.
• Right after measuring, see the suggested sizes drawn to scale on your own photo.
▶ PROFILES, HISTORY AND SHARING
• Profiles for you and your family, children included.
• History of face, glasses and comparison records.
• Millimetres or inches. Share a face result as text or as an image card; long-press a size to copy it.
▶ GOOD TO KNOW
• You place the points yourself; the app does not find them automatically. The result is only as good as the photo and the taps.
• The face edges sit behind the card, so the face width includes a depth correction that is an estimate. Its spread is part of the ± shown.
• Size suggestions follow published retailer and optician sizing conventions. They are a guide for choosing frames; for prescription lenses and progressive fitting, follow your optician's measurements.
• If the face width falls outside 100–175 mm, or the points look wrong, no size is suggested and the app says why.
• A curved frame front can read up to about 1 mm short.
• No account. Photos are processed on this phone and the app uploads none of them. Measuring photos are temporary unless you turn on "Keep photos"; kept photos stay in the app's private storage.
• Ads are shown on other screens and sometimes after a save, but not on the camera, the tap screen or the photo preview.
