Stitchly joins screenshots you have already saved into one long image. It suggests each overlap, lets you inspect and adjust every join, and saves PNG pages at source resolution.
▶ CHECK EVERY SEAM
• Each join shows an estimated match strength: Strong, Weak or None.
• Tap a join to open the 2.5× magnifier: the end of one screenshot meets the start of the next at a marked seam line. Drag across it to move along the join.
• Drag the overlap handle or change the overlap one source pixel at a time, then tap Confirm join.
• Weak joins need your confirmation before export. With no reliable overlap, both screenshots stay whole with a visible gap.
• Repeated header and footer bars can be trimmed at confirmed joins, or kept.
▶ BRING IN A BATCH
• Select many screenshots at once. If they need more memory than your device allows, Stitchly imports as many as fit and shows how many of your selection were added. The number depends on your device and screenshot size.
• Capture times from photo metadata or a dated filename set the order; unknown times keep selection order.
• Reorder by dragging or with Move earlier and Move later.
• Exact pixel duplicates are removed, with Undo.
▶ KEEP SOURCE RESOLUTION
• PNG is the default, with lossless encoding. Padding keeps source resolution; scaling is optional and changes pixels.
• Long results become numbered pages of up to 16,384 px instead of a shrunken image.
• JPEG at quality 95 is optional, with pages of 8,192 px or less depending on device memory.
• Stitch vertically or horizontally with gaps, borders and a paper or ink background.
• Pages are saved to your photo library and can be shared one by one.
▶ COVER AND REVISIT
• Drag a rectangle to add an opaque redaction box. Undo removes the last box.
• Boxes stay with their screenshot when the order or layout changes.
• Recent stitches show a thumbnail of each result, and you can rename any stitch.
• Edits are saved when you leave the editor or switch away from the app.
• Create backup writes projects and copied originals into a set of files; keep them together to restore.
▶ GOOD TO KNOW
• Choose screenshots that already exist in your photos.
• Match strength is an estimate. Screenshots of different widths may need manual adjustment.
• Confirmed overlaps and bar trimming crop content; scaling changes pixels.
• A page break can cut through text. After a hard cut, a 32 px strip repeats on the next page with a warning.
• Redaction boxes cover exported pages; originals in projects and backups stay uncovered.
• Projects are kept in the app's storage on this phone, so back up before removing the app. Very large images or results can fail within device memory limits.
